Sales Facilitation Pricing

(Applicable to both Tech and Non-Tech Sectors)

  • Retainer Fee: Our engagement begins with a monthly retainer, determined on a case-by-case basis. The minimum monthly fee starts at $2,500, with a mandatory commitment of 12 months.
  • Engagement Tenure: A minimum contract duration of 12 months is required to ensure sustained business development and relationship building.
  • Performance-Based Commission:
    - For product-based companies: If Entry USA generates the lead, a commission of at least 2.5% of the FOB price applies.
    - This commission remains perpetual, continuing even beyond the contract term.
    - Commission structures for service or tech-based companies are decided on a case-by-case basis.
  • Payment Terms:
    - The retainer fee must be paid in advance, prior to the commencement of the assignment.
    - An upfront payment for the first two months is required.
    - Thereafter, fees are due in the first week of every month.

Scope of Work

Collaborate with the client’s India-based team to develop a comprehensive U.S. market entry strategy.
Provide strategic guidance and operational support to drive sales.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across relevant sectors.
Qualify and nurture leads to ensure high-conversion potential.
Manage client relationships and oversee the sales funnel to move leads toward closure.
Design and implement lead generation tools and strategies, including digital lead magnets.
Streamline and structure communications with prospective customers for greater clarity and responsiveness.
Track performance metrics and provide insights to enable data-driven decision-making.
Represent the client at relevant trade shows, industry events, and business expositions across the U.S.
Undertake any additional responsibilities as mutually discussed and agreed upon.

General Terms

All marketing collaterals, promotional materials, and product samples will be supplied at the expense of the client company.
Any travel beyond the NJ/NYC area that has been pre-approved will be reimbursed by the client, covering actual costs for airfare and accommodation, in addition to a $300 per diem.
In the event of early termination, a minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required prior to the intended end date of the agreement.
