He has successfully managed, and executed high-impact US & India market expansion projects for many business enterprises, including that of Electronics and Computer Software (ESC) Export Promotion Council, funded by Govt. of India.
Navin holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University in Virginia and a Master's degree in Engineering Management.

Manish Kulhary
Commissioner Customs, Ahmedabad
Manish Kulhary is currently serving as Commissioner of Customs, Ahmedabad, and belongs to the 2008 batch of the Indian Revenue Service.
Prior to his current assignment, he served as Consul (Trade and Commerce) at the Consulate General of India in New York from August 2022. In that role, he was responsible for promoting trade and commerce between India and the United States, encouraging investments into India, maintaining close liaison with U.S. trade authorities, and representing Indian trade and business interests in the United States.
His previous assignments have included key roles in Customs Administration and Law Enforcement, where he worked on taxation, audit, drug law enforcement, and general administration.
Before joining the Government, Mr. Kulhary worked with a shipping company in Mumbai.
Mr. Kulhary is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a degree in Law from Delhi University.
