Covering every milestone
How it works
Order Tendering
You will provide information about your load, including contact information, addresses, freight weight, type, dimensions, etc.
Load scheduling
We will place your load in a transportation management system (TMS) for managing the loads, and find reputable and vetted carriers. Then, pick-up & delivery time is scheduled.
Loading
We connect with drivers to ensure they arrive on time and manage the process of safe cargo loading. The carrier will then sign a bill of lading and becomes responsible for your freight.
Transit
While your freight is in transit, we will track and manage it through the TMS having complete transparency in the shipping process and getting regular updates.
Unloading
The consignee will sign the bill of lading. Once the carrier confirms successful unloading and completes the necessary paperwork, will send the invoices to you.
Billing
At this final stage of the freight shipping process, we will issue an invoice to you to pay the bill.
