Sales Facilitation Costing

  • Retainer: It depends on Case-to-case basis (minimum engagement starts from $2500+ on monthly basis with a minimum of 12 months contract).
  • Tenure: A minimum term of engagement of 12 months is mandatory.
  • Commissions: Decided on case-to-case basis.
    - For Product oriented companies it is minimum 2.5% of FOB price if lead is generated by Entry USA (the commission will be perpetual even after the contractual term).
  • Fees have to be paid in the 1st week of every month in advance and a minimum of 2 months
  • Fee to be paid prior to starting the assignment.

Scope of Work

  1. Develop US market entry strategy jointly with the team from India
  2. Provide guidance & assistance to generate sales
  3. Identify & pursue new business opportunities
  4. Qualify Leads
  5. Manage client relationship - nurture the leads generated
  6. Implement lead magnets
  7. Help streamline communications with prospects
  8. Track & analyse results which will help the company to make data driven decisions
  9. Anything else mutually discussed and agreed
  10. Represent the company in expositions or trade shows across US.

General Terms

  • All marketing materials and product samples will be provided at the company's expense.
  • Any pre-approved travel outside of the NJ/NYC area will be reimbursed by the company, covering actual costs for airfare, accommodation, plus a $300 per diem.
  • A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to terminate this contract prior to the intended end date.
