Over the years, he has supported hundreds of companies - from first-time exporters to government-led trade missions - helping them enter the U.S. market with clarity, speed, and confidence. Notably, he led the U.S. expansion project for the Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council, funded by the Government of India.

Before stepping into entrepreneurship, Navin held roles at ITT Industries, working on national security projects for the Department of Homeland Security, as well as at Stanford Telecom and Cable & Wireless, where he contributed to information security systems for the U.S. Defense Information Systems Agency and the Federal Aviation Administration.

Navin holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University, and a Master’s in Engineering Management with a focus on Information Security from George Washington University.

A seasoned techno-commercial professional, Jayanti has successfully led and executed complex sales initiatives, consistently identifying and capitalizing on global market opportunities. Her core strengths lie in market entry strategy, key account management, partnership development. She has played a key role in driving top-line growth and organizational expansion, with a track record of building high-impact sales pipelines and long-term customer relationships.

While she has amassed rich experience across multiple sectors including food & beverages, medical devices, automotive and international trade, Jayanti has focused her leadership and business expertise on the defense and aerospace industry. For the last 5 years she has contributed to the growth of Entry USA LLC substantially.

Jayanti has been instrumental in steering multi-million-dollar deals from concept to closure, leveraging her understanding of compliance, policy alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. Sheilza Bhatia is a strong woman leader with over 25 years of in-depth practical experience in manufacturing, fabrication, and exports of fashion garments, uniforms and accessories. Sheilza also serves as Independent Director with Haryana State Road and Bridges Department (HSRBD), Govt. of the State of Haryana. Her cache of hands-on experience is rooted in first-hand setting up and operating her own units (Vurteks, Uniform Republique) manufacturing fashion cloths and also a trading company.

Sheilza's business acumen has earned her clients that are known international brands from the US, Europe and China, and domestic brands from India.

The scope of successfully running manufacturing units in India has made Sheilza well versed with liaisoning with Government officials, obtaining licenses, hiring and firing of labor, location identification, exporting and importing, customs, etc.

Sheilza's solid experience enables her to concurrently offer consultancy services to assist foreign companies in streamlining their business entry into India, establishing their presence, market development, and sales.

Ajay is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in New Jersey. Earned a bachelor’s of Computer Science from DIT, MBA in Finance & International Business Management from Stern School of Business, NY. A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).

Geetha is a certified Immigration paralegal and HR specialist. She spent over 16 years working in various multinational corporate IT companies both in India and the US.

Geetha is a seasoned paralegal working with various experienced immigration attorneys in the US involved in representing large companies and individuals before USCIS, IRCC, CIC, DOL, State Employment Agency, State Department, United States Embassies, and Consulates overseas.

Sanjay has over 30 years of experience in the domestic and international distribution primarily of IT products including computer components, ICs and consumer electronic products.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engg from Kansas State Univ and an MBA from Adelphi University Sanjay received an “Export Achievement” award from the Department of Commerce in 2004 presented by US Congressman Rodney Frelinghuysen and was recently reappointed to a second 4 year term as to the NJ District Export Council member by the Secretary of Commerce.
