With over 20 years of experience, Navin has made it his mission to help Indian companies set up and grow their business in the U.S., and to support American companies looking to expand into India. Through Entry USA and Entry India, he’s been a trusted guide for businesses navigating new markets and unfamiliar rules.

A serial entrepreneur, Navin has launched multiple ventures - including Cubistics, Purchax, and Driku - each with its own story, its own industry, and one common thread: the ability to turn ideas into sustainable business models.

Navin’s mantra is simple but powerful: “People listen if they like you - but they do business when they trust you.”

And trust has been the foundation of everything he’s built.

Over the years, he has supported hundreds of companies - from first-time exporters to government-led trade missions - helping them enter the U.S. market with clarity, speed, and confidence. Notably, he led the U.S. expansion project for the Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council, funded by the Government of India.

Navin’s model isn’t based on theory. It’s rooted in experience, relationships, and real outcomes. His approach has helped companies save significant time, energy, and money - while growing their presence in a market that rewards boldness and precision.

Before stepping into entrepreneurship, Navin held roles at ITT Industries, working on national security projects for the Department of Homeland Security, as well as at Stanford Telecom and Cable & Wireless, where he contributed to information security systems for the U.S. Defense Information Systems Agency and the Federal Aviation Administration.

Navin holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University, and a Master’s in Engineering Management with a focus on Information Security from George Washington University.

Baldeep Singh Kwatra started his career from WIPRO Technologies. He secured First Place in Service Oriented Architecture during 3 months training program at WIPRO Technologies Bangalore.

He has deep knowledge in Oracle Database11g, MYSQL,MongoDB, Testing Concepts, Testing Tools (QC,QTP), Web Services, SOAP UI , Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Junit, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Jquery, Material Design, VbScript,Selenium IDE, Groovy, SOA, RFT, JasperETL, JasperServer, iReport.

Baldeep holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Amity University.

Jayanti Chandrasekar is a dynamic sales and marketing leader with over 30 years of proven experience in business development, strategic planning, and revenue growth across diverse industry verticals. Her career reflects a strong ability to translate market insight into actionable business strategies, and her analytical acumen is complemented by a consistent out-of-the-box approach to problem solving.

A seasoned techno-commercial professional, Jayanti has successfully led and executed complex sales initiatives, consistently identifying and capitalizing on global market opportunities. Her core strengths lie in market entry strategy, key account management, partnership development. She has played a key role in driving top-line growth and organizational expansion, with a track record of building high-impact sales pipelines and long-term customer relationships.

While she has amassed rich experience across multiple sectors including food & beverages, medical devices, automotive and international trade, Jayanti has focused her leadership and business expertise on the defense and aerospace industry. For the last 5 years she has contributed to the growth of Entry USA LLC substantially.

Jayanti has been instrumental in steering multi-million-dollar deals from concept to closure, leveraging her understanding of compliance, policy alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. Her ability to navigate complex regulatory ecosystems and align business interests with national priorities has made her a trusted advisor and catalyst for growth.

In addition, Jayanti has a strong interest in global trade and import-export operations, where she brings her keen understanding of international logistics, documentation, and trade finance mechanisms.

Sheilza Bhatia is a strong woman leader with over 25 years of in-depth practical experience in manufacturing, fabrication, and exports of fashion garments, uniforms and accessories. Sheilza also serves as Independent Director with Haryana State Road and Bridges Department (HSRBD), Govt. of the State of Haryana. Her cache of hands-on experience is rooted in first-hand setting up and operating her own units (Vurteks, Uniform Republique) manufacturing fashion cloths and also a trading company.

Sheilza's business acumen has earned her clients that are known international brands from the US, Europe and China, and domestic brands from India.

The scope of successfully running manufacturing units in India has made Sheilza well versed with liaisoning with Government officials, obtaining licenses, hiring and firing of labor, location identification, exporting and importing, customs, etc.

Sheilza's solid experience enables her to concurrently offer consultancy services to assist foreign companies in streamlining their business entry into India, establishing their presence, market development, and sales.

Sheilza is deeply entrenched in fulfilling her social responsibilities for which one of her manufacturing enterprises is fully dedicated to the upliftment of females from a very remote and challenging village in India.

He has over 20 years of extensive experience in accounting, internal control, financial statement analysis, review, and audit of financial statements. Specialties include providing accounting and auditing services to Retail establishments, importers & distributors, shipping and logistics, media, restaurants and bars, medical, IT, legal, check cashing, and more. Serves on the board of various for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Ajay is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in New Jersey. Earned a bachelor’s of Computer Science from DIT, MBA in Finance & International Business Management from Stern School of Business, NY. A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).

Geetha is a certified Immigration paralegal and HR specialist. She spent over 16 years working in various multinational corporate IT companies both in India and the US.

Geetha is a seasoned paralegal working with various experienced immigration attorneys in the US involved in representing large companies and individuals before USCIS, IRCC, CIC, DOL, State Employment Agency, State Department, United States Embassies, and Consulates overseas.

Sanjay has over 30 years of experience in the domestic and international distribution primarily of IT products including computer components, ICs and consumer electronic products.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engg from Kansas State Univ and an MBA from Adelphi University Sanjay received an “Export Achievement” award from the Department of Commerce in 2004 presented by US Congressman Rodney Frelinghuysen and was recently reappointed to a second 4 year term as to the NJ District Export Council member by the Secretary of Commerce.
